FURRR 911 is an entirely foster-home based rescue organization. We do not have a facility or shelter. In order for our rescue to continue saving kittens from the streets, we rely on people who open up their hearts and homes to our kitties  often for several months.

We are always in need of dedicated and loving foster parents to care for and house our kittens as they are receiving veterinary care, vaccines, and eventually spay/neuter surgery in preparation for adoption.

We prefer our foster homes to be within a 30 minute trip to Cortlandt Manor, New York in case emergencies arise. However, for amazing foster homes, we can sometimes make exceptions. Our foster volunteers NEED to drive or have access to a vehicle as the kittens will have to return periodically for vet visits and vaccines.
